DESCRIPTION: These records consist of test scores and class projects completed by state and local government employees participating in the Certified Public Manager Program as part of national consortium requirements. They are used to measure student progress and achievement. They may be used in litigation if testing or scoring practices are contested. Information includes test scores, written class projects, and comments.
