TITLE: Vitro tailings removal analysis report

DESCRIPTION: These are the results of vitro tailing site ground samples, which were tested at the Health Laboratory. The samples were gathered by the bureau of Radiation Control, and were sent to the Health Lab for analysis. The report is the certification that the vitro tailings have been removed and the site is clean. Information includes date and time sample was reported, sample number, type, location, and the results of the sampling.
