DESCRIPTION: These records are created by the thrifts to document all deposits. They are used for monitoring account balances. Records include a signature card which establishes the account, a cash distribution report (customer name, balances, and allocations), copies of certificates of deposit, and reports of monthly customer account balances and interest payments.
