Column headings include date; name; salaries; travel expenses for commission and chief deputy; travel expenses for chief wardens and hatchery superintendents; maintenance of hatcheries; game; printing, furniture, and fixtures; sundries; total expenditures; credits; and balance in treasury. Entries begin on April 1, 1911, and run through October 1, 1911. The first eight pages of the volume were set aside to record monthly salaries paid to the commissioner, chief deputy, and clerk.
