(A label attached to the front cover indicates that the beginning date is 4 April 1874, however this is a typographical error.)__Typical entries include the date of the meeting, names of members present, names of those absent, reading of the minutes from previous meetings, approval of minutes, reports of police and fire activities, discussion of old and new business, decisions made, approval or denial of pay rolls and bills, etc.
