DESCRIPTION: The State Planning Board gathered information on state institutions and buildings to prepare long-term and short-term plans and budgets for their facilities. Included in this series are reports about the Utah State Training School; the Industrial School; the Agricultural College; and general state-owned public buildings such as the capitol, schools, and armories. These reports are building cost analyses, estimated growth charts, remodeling plans, and blueprints for the Training School.
