ARRANGEMENT: Chronological by date of commission meetings.
DESCRIPTION: The minutes were created by the commission in order to maintain a record of its discussions of several issues: racing meet schedules, fees, and locations; licensing of jockeys, trainers, and racing parks; pari-mutual betting, regulations, and general operating procedures. Several letters to the commission were reproduced in the minutes Racing Commission during its two year existence.
