ARRANGEMENT: Alphabetical by document type thereunder by subject. The contents of individual folders are arranged chronologically.

DESCRIPTION: Agreements with performers, correspondence, financial records, the jubilee program, and reports of the Semi-Centennial Commission make up this series. The records were used in the general administration and management of the commission as well as in planning various events and programs.

The report provides an overview of the activities of the commission, complete with a financial statement listing individuals and businesses supporting the commission through subscriptions. A comprehensive list of events scheduled during the week-long jubilee is included in the program.
