DESCRIPTION: Any proprietary school in this state that ceases operations is required to file copies of the students' transcripts with the State Board of Regents in accordance with UCA 53B-5-109 (1992) to receive the records of closed schools. These files usually contain fiscal records and financial aid records, as well as student academic records which contain official documentation listing student's courses, grades, credits earned, and status achieved and are often referred to as a transcript.
