DESCRIPTION: This is the final, published report to the legislature made by the Board. The report also incorporates a copy of the preliminary report made in 1912 and a copy of a minority report. The reports recommend changes in tax law and the tax system in Utah. The Board was created in 1911 (ch._84) for the purpose of studying the tax system and reporting to the 10th legislature.

Also, included is a report entitled "Compilation of Constitutional and Statutory Provisions Relating to Revenue and Taxation in the State of Utah, volumes 1 and 2".
