DESCRIPTION: Thank you notes and routine congratulatory letters received and sent by Governor Bangerter's office to cultivate and preserve goodwill between the Governor and his constituents, which did not require a reply and were separated from other correspondence. Incoming letters written by state agencies, business and political leaders, school children,and the general public. Letters express appreciation for time spent, support, gifts and election congratulatory letters.
