DESCRIPTION: These records document requests for applications for the professions and occupations regulated by the Division of Professional and Occupational Licensing. Persons requesting applications are placed in contact with the National Assessment Institute (NAI), an entity under contract with the Division. The NAI is responsible for mailing application information to individuals making requests. The NAI compiles statistical reports from these requests before they are destroyed. Information includes name, mailing address, application types, and requests.
