DESCRIPTION: Written text of speeches, and related correspondence and activity programs,from Colleen Bangerter, wife of Governor Norman H._Bangerter, while serving as an advocate for his administration. She spoke at schools, clubs, and civic groups, dedications, conferences, and luncheons. Common topics include: fight on drug abuse, strong families and volunteerism.
