DESCRIPTION: These are stubs for business licenses issued to merchants allowing for their operation within the unincorporated areas of Uintah County. They are used to document the payment of fees for the issuance of business licenses in accordance with county ordinances. These stubs include the certificate number, owner's name, business name, business location, amount paid, license period (number of months, beginning and ending dates, and County clerk's signature. It also includes an incomplete business license with the inaccurate license period, it was corrected in the next stub.
