DESCRIPTION: State employee time sheets, including flextime attendance reports, supplemental time and attendance records, such as sign-in/sign-out sheets and work reports that are used for time accounting under flextime systems. The time sheets are used by management to manage overtime and discover possible abuse of leave. They are also used to detect and correct any errors. The originals are held by the department's payroll office.
