DESCRIPTION: These records are the original multi-family rental housing bond issue documents containing indentures and resolutions evidencing the Utah Housing Finance Agency's obligations to repay the debt. The bonds are obligations solely of UHFA and not of the state or any of its subdivisions. The records contain legal opinions, bond purchase agreements, contracts with mortgage lenders, warranties and representations of the various parties, schedules of debt service payments, bond maturity dates, bond interest rates, official statements and other vital records.
