DESCRIPTION: These records demonstrate the development of various bond issue documents, for use as possible legal defenses. Included are drafts and working copies of official statements, indentures, bond purchase agreements, general certificates, and bonds. The records also contain statistical information regarding market mortgage rates and similar bond issues sold at the same time. The documents are developed by attorneys representing the Utah Housing Finance Agency and bond holders, trustees, and attorneys representing investment bankers. The records relate to both multi-family rental housing bonds and single family bonds.
