DESCRIPTION: This series serves as the Division's official documentation for accidents and incidents occurring on State Park property. These records are collected to facilitate insurance claims and support internal investigative reviews. The contents comprise all pertinent data related to the event, including personal injury documentation, employee incident reports, and supporting evidentiary materials.
