The series is maintained in order to document the provision of services to rehabilitate existing rental units. Funds for this program are provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and are made available to recipients as loans. Information includes descriptions of services provided, location of services, providers' names, loan amounts, evaluations of compliance with program rules, and related information.
