DESCRIPTION: These files were created and maintained by representing attorneys who handle cases brought by the Labor Commission against companies not in compliance with federal and state statutes. Case files also include cases brought by injured workers against the Uninsured Employers Fund and the Employers Reinsurance Fund. Files also include cases contesting Occupational Safety and Health citations. Labor Commission attorneys work these cases independent of the Attorney General's Office. Records include pleadings, depositions, attorney work product, discovery documents, interviews, and other investigation materials not brought before the judge.
