DESCRIPTION: This series documents the activities of the Board of Visitors, established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to serve as an advisory committee for the Emergency Management Institute. The Board is responsible for reviewing the Institute's programs and make recommendations to the FEMA Director. The Board consists of twelve members appointed by the Director of FEMA. Information includes correspondence, board minutes, pamphlets, annual reports,etc.
