DESCRIPTION: These envelopes are used to hold and record money placed into the evidence room as result of being found, lost, stolen or confiscated. Envelopes contain the following information: whether evidence or non-evidence; date and time; total amount booked; nature of complaint; name of complainant; name of victim; name of owner; person(s) arrested; name and ID number of officer; name of custodial officer; name of clerk; and signature, ID number, date, and initials of custodial officer, or any person opening.

Destroy.
