DESCRIPTION: These are twenty-four hour audio tape recordings of all incoming and outgoing phone or radio calls made to or from the Police Department Dispatch Office. They are used to document actions of dispatch personnel. These tapes are regularly rotated. Portions of tapes concerning questionable cases are transferred to audio cassette tapes (series 5631).
