DESCRIPTION: These records are used to verify remittance of tax payments from individuals, businesses, and corporations. They include date, check number, name and address of person or business, phone number, payable to, check amount, signature, endorsement of check, due date, and tax period. This series is no longer used by the Tax Commission as of the end of 1989. The current information is now being collected under record series 85008, revenue accounting remittance.
