DESCRIPTION: This file contains all the different business addresses or locations for all policy holders. As various locations for a business are added to the file, endorsements are created and added to the manual case file. An example of this procedure would be the addition of a new store to the Sunset Sports Retail Chain. The data is also used to determine premiums. Includes policy number, location number, business name, address, and phone number.
