TITLE: Water quality standards report file

DESCRIPTION: This report gives a comparison between lab analysis data for specified water samples and the established standards. The report lists those cases where water pollution exceeds the standards. This allows the bureau to follow up to correct the problem. It includes the storet number, the sample point description, the laboratory number, the date and time the sample was taken, the use class of the water, the parameter number and name, the standard value, and the reported value.

Printouts are made only upon request. Once the report has been printed out, a 30 day retention is adequate for administrative purposes.
