DESCRIPTION: These files document complaints filed by an adult receiving protective services in a day care facility. Cases are reopened if a complaint is filed more than once against the person or facility, or if the same person files a complaint. Investigations are handled by the Office of Community Operations. The Division of Aging keeps these records for administrative use only. This series includes a complaint filed by the victim, and the name of facility or place of residence (public, private, or relative).
