DESCRIPTION: These are client records handled by the Carousel and Screening Committees as a last resort effort in dealing with the client's problems in the most cost efficient manner. These client records are a duplicate record from a Community Operations Office. This series includes a brief history of the client's life in the state system, a nurses screening, related correspondence, discharge summary and evaluations, social history, copies of court petitions, detention center information, and any orders from the judge.
