They include the abstracter's name; parcel number; assessor's number; project number (state, especially transportation, considering taking over property), recorded owners, what volume in the ownership plat, abstract records, and deed book the land is recorded; name of grantor, grantee, type, date, book, and page; and notes taken regarding federal liens, property taxes, assessments, judgments, federal court clerk's office; and mortgage, lien and judgment information specifically debtor, creditor, amount, date, book, and satisfied or not.
