APPRAISAL

Administrative Historical

I am concerned about documentation of the history of the State Archives. The microfilming was the Archives' most important program for twenty years. I would like to keep this series for the time being. I also think in the future the history of microfilming will become important and this source could be useful. --Jeff Johnson, State Archivist, 19 September 2001.
