DESCRIPTION: This is an alphabetical index for oaths of office for companies incorporated to do business in Salt Lake County which was created by the Salt Lake County Clerk to facilitate access to Incorporation Case Files and Articles of Incorporation Record Books. The series provides the name of the corporation officer, date of the oath of office, office held, corporation number and name of corporation.
