DESCRIPTION: These are environmental laboratory certification master books. R444-14-1(1994) establishes the rules and guidelines for the certification of these laboratories. The books are used to document the certification process of Environmental laboratories who submit environmental data to state agencies. The information identifies if the lab is in compliance with state and federal guidelines. It also documents if the lab is currently a certified laboratory. Information includes a copy of the certificate, certificate letter, correspondence, and due process documentation.
