TITLE: Local health departments' water system contracts case files

DESCRIPTION: These are duplicate copies of contracts with local Health Departments to inventory non-community water systems and a contract with a laboratory for chemical testing of water samples. Much of the files, however, are taken up with letters of transmittal. The contracts include contract number, names and addresses of the parties involved, the amount and terms of the contract, and the signatures of the responsible authorities.
