DESCRIPTION: These files document eligibility requirements for foster parents. They are used by case workers for administrative purposes and to disburse payments made to those foster parents for their services. Information includes eligibility documents, reference letters, medical forms, Bureau of Criminal Identification cards, release forms, computer forms, training documentation, case worker's notes, contracts, home studies, and licenses.
