DESCRIPTION: This system was created on Microsoft Access and is used by Patron Services to track information on patrons contacting the Archives Research Center for help in using the Archives' records. It is also used to record services provided, detailed information on questions asked, and records used. Information includes personal data on patrons, details of questions asked, records requested, and staff actions in behalf of patrons.
