DESCRIPTION: A forty-eight page booklet, entitled Racing Laws and Rules, containing the rules governing the Utah Racing Commission. There is also an agreement between the Utah State Fair Association, which organized and controlled horse racing at the state fair grounds, and the Utah Agricultural and Racing Association. Both were organizers and officiators of many racing meets held during 1925 to 1927.
