DESCRIPTION: These files provide a record of the approval process for healing arts screening programs. Healing arts refers to the screening of an asympotmatic population using x-ray machines when such tests are not specifically and individually ordered by a licensed practitioner legally authorized to prescribe such x-ray tests for the purpose of diagnosis or treatment. Series includes facility inspection reports, a description of the program and evaluation of the program. The information is collected to meet the requirements of Utah Administrative Code R313-28-400.
