Also, these include cases where evidence of child abuse and neglect is present and has been documented by filing a child abuse and neglect report (Form 741) with the Division of Child and Family Services. Information includes psychological assessments, child abuse and neglect reports, health assessments, progress reports, and collateral agency reports.
