DESCRIPTION: These records contain amendments to the Utah State Constitution. They document changes to the Utah Constitution from the end of the Nineteenth Century. They were done in the form of House and Senate Joint Resolutions during the legislative sessions, but were separated from the other legislative bills (series 4076) based on their relationship to the constitution rather than simply the law.
