ARRANGEMENT: Alphanumerical by project phase code, thereunder chronological
DESCRIPTION: These records are prepared by the district to determine the potential impact on threatened and endangered species (plant and animal). They are used to determine whether a proposed project would affect any threatened or endangered species (plant and animal). The records may include the biological assessment for a specific project, drafts, comments, and correspondence. The assessment includes the environmental consequences of proceeding with a certain project, impact analysis, conservation measures, and a determination of effects.
