DESCRIPTION: This plan details the steps and procedures to be followed to encourage and enhance public involvement in the district's projects and activities. It is used to educate and inform the public. It is the district's policy that no Central Utah Project Completion Act project is undertaken without input from a cross-section of parties interested in the future of Utah's water and environment. The plan's purpose is to establish a broad-based coalition of various groups (e.g., irrigation companies, sports associations, municipalities) in their projects. It includes the plan and any related correspondence.
