DESCRIPTION: The facility plans provide an environmental review, a record of public commentary, a study of possible alternatives, and an implementation plan for wastewater treatment facilities. The records include public comments (responsiveness summary), environmental reviews and comments in the form of Findings of No Significant Impact (FNSI) or Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), alternative evaluations, and the implementation plans for each facility.
