ARRANGEMENT: Numerical by APPX assigned series number.

DESCRIPTION: Pre-processing reports allow preliminary control over record series that have not been processed, and provide reasonable access to these record series during the interim period. Pre-processing information may include creating agency, series title, origin and editing dates, description, arrangement, and box level container list.

As of 2004, these reports are generated from the APPX Local System using information already entered as described above. The printed copies of the reports are used and made available in the Archives Research Center, until superseded by an official series inventory, series #21191.
