DESCRIPTION: This report is run from the payroll master file when payroll updates. It is the total year-to-date listing of current and terminated employees paid through the Division of Finance, Payroll Office. The report updates every period in date sequence of the check run. It is used with limited frequency by the state payroll technicians to access employee name, social security number, and agency of the employee. An asterick (*) before the Employee Identification Number (EIN) denotes termination of the employee.
