DESCRIPTION: This report is run from the payroll master file at the conclusion of the fiscal year. It is an annual year-end listing of current and terminated employees paid through the Division of Finance, Payroll Office. It is used with limited frequency by the state payroll technicians to access employee name, social security number, and agency of the employee. An asterick (*) before the Employee Identification Number (EIN) denotes termination of the employee.
