DESCRIPTION: This report is a listing of newly hired employees and all other employee types as listed on the Position Schedule (rehired, temporary, seasonal, etc.). This report is run with the preliminary payroll and with the final payroll. The report includes the employee's name, social security number, title, agency low organization, tax method, marital status, tax withholding allowance, additional federal tax, state tax withholding, action code, certification number, position schedule, and veteran code.

The report is used to verify social security numbers for accuracy in the payroll system and to check tax information in the system against the W-4 received from the employee.
