DESCRIPTION: These records list environmental activities that a project is committed to complete. It is sent to the Environmental Protection Agency and the Fish and Wildlife Service to make sure the project is done and is in compliance with environmental requirements and is successful. It is also used as a yardstick to measure effectiveness. It can include information on the following programs: air and water quality monitoring, threatened and endangered species, wildlife protection, hazardous material, public considerations, cultural resources, and aquatic habitat. This can sometimes be found in the Environmental Assessment.
