TITLE: Research Center records retrieval log

ARRANGEMENT: Chronological by date

DESCRIPTION: The log identifies records sent from the Records Center to the Research Room due to a patron or agency request. Records in Archives custody are retrieved for patrons doing research, and records in Archives custody or in the custody of the agency are retrieved for state agencies. Records in Archives custody do not leave the Research Room. The log specifies entries by date, item type, record series number, agency box number or Records Center location number, for whom the record has been retrieved (patron or agency), agency personnel signature, and pick-up date. A log entry is created for each delivery from the Records Center. The Records Center retains a separate log, series 84563, that lists all request and return dates.
