TITLE: Voting accessibility surveys

DESCRIPTION: In accordance with the provisions of the Voting Accessibility for the Elderly and Handicapped Act and 42 USC 1973, the states were required to report to the Federal Elections Commission on the accessibility of polling places. In order to compile this information, the Lieutenant Governor's office surveyed each county and then compiled the information into the state report. These records include the state reports, and the individual county reports. The reports are no longer required to be filed by the states.
