DESCRIPTION: These publications were used as tourist reference material. People from out-of-town often wrote to the planning board for information about interesting places to visit while vacationing in Utah. The series includes photos of Utah scenery; a pamphlet: "Salt Lake City, 7 Wonderful one-day trips in and around Salt Lake City and Utah;" excerpts from "Utah the Unique;" a pamphlet entitled, "Wealth of the Uintah Basin;" a pamphlet entitled, "Utah- The Rainbow land;" and a book describing a planned railway journey from Grand River, Colorado to Salt Lake City, Utah with many photos of Utah scenery.
